About Us

Since 1995, I’ve been immersed in the art of woodworking, and since 2007, I’ve embraced the craft of woodturning. In September 2018, I launched Stadium Pen Blanks (SPB) as an exhilarating offshoot of Hardin Penworks. The inspiration ignited when I discovered pen blanks obtained from iconic stadium materials. However, it was the Boston Red Sox's victory in the 2018 World Series that truly brought the vision to life. From a single broken Fenway Park seat, Stadium Pen Blanks was born.

Since then, SPB has evolved into a treasure trove of history and craftsmanship, acquiring materials from over 220 stadiums representing 240+ sports teams, 35+ U.S. Navy ships, 50+ vintage aircraft, along with numerous historic buildings, bridges, vitage automobile wheel spokes, and even imported Scotch Whisky barrels. Each blank carries a story, preserving the spirit and history of these iconic places and artifacts.

Beyond sourcing extraordinary materials, SPB has been a trailblazer in elevating the industry standard for Certificates of Authenticity (COAs). Our professional and beautifully designed COAs have become the gold standard, inspiring vendors, distributors, and artisans to enhance the presentation and credibility of their products.
