The Dogbone Casting System is great for label casting or embedded casting tube in blanks. It works with all the major tube sizes. The small inserts work with tubes sizes from 7mm to 3/8", and the larger inserts work with tube sizes from 3/8" to 12.5mm. For larger thank 12.5mm tubes, we suggest using our Dinobone Combo Casting System.

Dinobone Combo Casting System

The Dinobone Casting System is great for label casting or embedded casting tube in blanks or individual resin or hybrid resin material blanks. It works with all the major tube sizes. The small inserts work with tubes sizes from 7mm to 27/64", and the larger inserts work with tube sizes from 27/64" to 14.5mm.

Gator Molds

The Gator Molds are used for various size casting with resin only or with embed materials to make hybrid material blanks and blocks.

Gator Ring Molds

The Gator Ring Molds are used for round ring blanks or a larger ring block. These molds make it very easy for casting with resin only or with embed materials to make hybrid material ring blanks.

Maneater Mold Release

The Maneater Silcone Mold release agent works great with all Maneater molds, especially for epoxy resins which can be difficult to demold. The Maneater Wax Mold release agent works great with all Maneater molds, especially for when casting with silicone inserts.

Gator Blanks

Maneater Alligator Jawbone blanks use JB Royal Original resin combined it with a real jawbone of an alligator to create these eye popping blanks. The jawbones are meticulously shaped to fit pen blank sized slots of our Dinobone Casting molds. Using a JBR resin colored mixture poured over the jawbone and held under extreme pressure, we cast each jawbone into the works of art you see here.
