Dogbone Replacement Inserts (Small Set)

I ordered 2 small replacement sets of inserts for the dog bone mold in error, thinking that all bone molds were the same size. i have the Dino bone mold, so the Dog bone inserts will not fit. I called stadium pen blanks to see if I could return them a get the correct size. I was told they would issue a return and then send the correct size inserts. No return label was issued.I was charged $9.00 shipping for the first shipment, that should cost no more than
$5.00 then another $9.00 for the second shipment. Now, if I return the incorrect inserts I will have to pay additional shipping. They are making money on the sale of the inserts, which they should, but they are making a profit on the shipping charges also, not good. So, I guess I will just eat the cost of the incorrect inserts and the $18.00 in shipping charges since they never sent a return label. I will find another type of mold system in the future that hopefully has better customer service. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from Stadium pen blanks in the future.
