The 3D Printed Offset Lathe Chuck Pen Jaws set lets pen turners perform off-center drilling on standard chucks. This four-jaw kit preserves original painted surfaces or char from whiskey barrels on finished pens, exactly as described in our blog post on saving painted surfaces. The black jaw serves as the base. Green jaws handle larger tubes (12.5 mm, 15/32 in, 37/64 in). Blue jaws fit Sierra, cigar, and junior lower tubes (27/64 in, 10 mm, 10.5 mm). Red jaws accommodate 3/8 in bolt tubes plus 7 mm and 8 mm sizes.
