Casting Workflow

Prep your HDPE blank molds or PVC tube, position the star insert, pour compatible resins like Alumilite Clear or epoxy, allow cure, then demold and finish. The pattern ensures clean separation and professional blanks every time. We recommend JB Royal original or JB Royal thin epoxy resin for best results, though it is also compatible with Alumilite urethane resin.

Dial in sharp carbide or HSS tools, crank speeds to 2,000–3,000 RPM, and take feather-light cuts (0.005–0.015 inches) to dodge melting or gummy buildup.
