MINI, MIDI, MAXI Carbide Black Inserts / Cutters

These inserts are versatile and suitable for a wide range of wood and composite material turning applications, from roughing to fine finishing. Each insert is precision-ground and polished, ensuring high performance and extended tool life.

 - W Inserts: Feature three large radius edges and three corner point cutting edges, ideal for roughing, shaping, and finishing tasks.

 -  V Inserts: Designed with one 3mm radius corner, one 0.8mm radius corner, and four straight cutting edges, making them suitable for detailed work.

 - S Inserts: Offer four straight edges and four corners, available with either rounded or 90-degree corners, providing flexibility for various cutting scenarios.

 - R Inserts: Provide a continuous 360-degree cutting edge, optimal for shaping and smoothing operations.

Note: The W, Round, and Square inserts can be used in a shearing mode by positioning the insert at a 45-degree angle.
