Introducing a brand new line of custom crafted molds that are sure to change the hand casting industry.  These are semi-permanent in nature.  They won't warp or crack but will take lots of abuse, unlike traditional silicone molds.  These tough molds are solid bodies, milled from blocks of HDPE (High Density Polyethylene).  And best of all, they stack!!  There is no need for a casting rack!  Demolding is easy!  Just pull the suction plugs, turn the mold upside down, rap the ends a few times on your work bench and watch the blanks fall out.  These true beasts are designed to DEVOUR THE COMPETITION!

This mold system has overall dimensions of 7.25" x 3.75" x 1.60" with single casting chamber, each measuring 5.25" x .84375" x 1.0".  The blanks can easily be end trimmed and squared up on a table saw, if so desired.

 Includes four large stopper silicone inserts and four small stopper silicone inserts!  The small stoppers will accommodate tubes 7mm - 27/64" in diameter.  The large stoppers will accommodate tubes 27/64" - 13.2mm. 

Important Notes:

A release agent must be used due to the rigidity of the molds.  Maneater Wax Mold Release is highly recommended.  Just brush the release agent into the chambers and on the silicone inserts, ensuring complete coverage.  Allow to dry before pouring your resin.  Also apply a release agent on the rubber plugs to keep them free of any resin buildup caused by potential spillage. 

A rubberized dead blow hammer will help the demold process greatly.  Lightly rap the bottom and sides of the mold once your blanks have fully cured, then turn the mold over and lightly rap the mold ends against your work bench top to see your blanks release.  Based on personal experience, Alumilite and polyester resin blanks will release with little effort at all.  Epoxy blanks may require a few extra raps or a blast of air from a rubberized nozzle before releasing.

Blanks are from wood spokes salvaged from an original wood spoke wheels of a 1933 Dodge Eight.

Dodge is an American brand of automobile manufactured in Auburn Hills, MI. Dodge vehicles currently include performance cars, though for much of its existence Dodge was Chrysler's mid-priced brand Plymouth.

Founded as the Dodge Brothers Company machine shop by brothers Horace Elgin Dodge and John Francis Dodge in the early 1900s, Dodge was originally a supplier of parts and assemblies for Detroit-based automakers, most notably Ford, and began building complete automobiles under the "Dodge Brothers" brand in 1914, predating the founding of Chrysler Corporation. The factory was located in Hamtramck, MI, and was called the Dodge Main factory from 1910 until its closing in January 1980. Both of the Dodge brothers died from the Spanish flu in 1920, and the company was sold by their families to Dillon, Read & Co. in 1925 before being sold to Chrysler in 1928.

For 1930, Dodge took another step up by adding a new eight-cylinder line to replace the existing six-cylinder. This basic format of a dual line with Six and Eight models continued through 1933. The cars were gradually streamlined and lengthened in step with prevailing trends of the day. To enhance production, in 1932 Chrysler built a factory in Los Angeles, CA where Chrysler, DeSoto, Dodge and Plymouth vehicles were built until the factory closed in 1971.

The blanks are from the hickory wooden 14-spoke wheels of a 1933 Dodge Eight. The Dodge Eight was manufactured from 1930 to 1933. The wood is certified and distributed by Hardin Penworks, LLC. This material is guaranteed to be 100% Authentic.

Dodger Stadium, occasionally called by the metonym Chavez Ravine, is a baseball park located in the Elysian Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, California, the home field to the Los Angeles Dodgers, the city's National League franchise of Major League Baseball (MLB). Opened 56 years ago on April 10, 1962, it was constructed in less than three years at a cost of US$23 million, financed by private sources. Dodger Stadium is currently the oldest ballpark in MLB west of the Mississippi River, and third-oldest overall, after Fenway Park in Boston (1912) and Wrigley Field in Chicago (1914) and is the world's largest baseball stadium by seat capacity. Often referred to as a "pitcher's ballpark", the stadium has seen twelve no-hitters, two of which were perfect games.

The stadium hosted the Major League Baseball All-Star Game in 1980 - and will host in 2020 - as well as games of 10 World Series (1963, 1965, 1966, 1974, 1977, 1978, 1981, 1988, 2017, and 2018). It also hosted the semifinals and finals of the 2009 and 2017 World Baseball Classics. It also hosted exhibition baseball during the 1984 Summer Olympics. It will also host baseball and softball during the 2028 Summer Olympics. The stadium hosted a soccer tournament on August 3, 2013 featuring four clubs, the hometown team Los Angeles Galaxy, and Europe's Real Madrid, Everton, and Juventus.

For the first time at Dodger Stadium, the Los Angeles Kings and Anaheim Ducks played a regular season game on January 25, 2014 as part of the NHL Stadium Series.

The Douglas A-4 Skyhawk is a lightweight, carrier-capable attack aircraft developed for the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps. Designed by Ed Heinemann of Douglas Aircraft Company, the Skyhawk first flew in 1954 and entered service in 1956. Known for its compact size and agility, the A-4 was affectionately nicknamed "Heinemann's Hot Rod" after its designer.

The A-4 Skyhawk was initially intended as a nuclear-capable bomber but quickly proved its versatility across various roles, including ground attack, close air support, and even as an adversary aircraft in training exercises. Its delta-wing design and absence of wingtip folding mechanisms allowed it to be exceptionally light, which contributed to its impressive speed and maneuverability.

Throughout its service, the Skyhawk saw extensive use in several conflicts, most notably during the Vietnam War. It was a reliable workhorse, performing critical bombing missions, close air support, and interdiction operations. The A-4 was also used by several foreign air forces, including those of Israel and Argentina, where it played key roles in their respective military operations.

The A-4’s simplicity and effectiveness led to its long service life, with some variants remaining in use well into the 21st century. Its durability and adaptability have cemented its place as one of the most successful attack aircraft in military aviation history.

Ebbets Field was a Major League Baseball stadium in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn, New York. It is known mainly as the home of the Brooklyn Dodgers baseball team of the National League, from 1913 to 1957, but was also home to three National Football League teams in the 1920s. Ebbets Field was demolished in 1960 and replaced by apartment buildings.

Ebbets Field was one of several historic major league ballparks demolished in the 1960s, but more mythology and nostalgia surrounds the stadium and its demise than possibly any other defunct ballpark.

A great deal of history happened at Ebbets Field during its 45 years. Of the many teams that uprooted in the 1950s and 1960s, the Dodgers have probably had the largest number of public laments over their fans' heartbreak over losing their team. Several decades later, Roger Kahn's acclaimed book The Boys of Summer and Frank Sinatra's song "There Used to Be a Ballpark" mourned the loss of places like Ebbets Field, and of the attendant youthful innocence of fans and players alike. The story of Ebbets Field and the Brooklyn Dodgers' move to Los Angeles were also chronicled by historian Doris Kearns Goodwin, figured into the plot of the film Field of Dreams, and were featured in an entire episode of Ken Burns' public-television documentary Baseball, as well as a 2007 HBO documentary called Brooklyn Dodgers: Ghosts of Flatbush.

In 2006, the Dodgers matched the years they played at Ebbets Field with their years in Dodger Stadium. The New York Mets' duration in Shea Stadium (1964-2008) was the same as that of the Dodgers in Ebbets Field.

JB Royal Alumilite EMERALD CRYSTAL green resin blanks with suspended shredded resin cut-offs from the over-pour of other Alumilite and JB Royal resin blocks. The suspended material is a wild variety of mixes to form a kaleidoscope of colors.

Blank Sizes:

• 5" Long Blank  measures a minimum of 3/4" square
• 9" Kitless Blank measures 3/4" round
• 2-1/2" Stopper Blank  measures 1-1/2" round
• 5" Call Blank measures 1-1/2" round

You may find this to be opaque. We recommend back painting the blank after drilling. Using different colors for back painting will yield wildly different effects and results.

As with any suspended material blanks, there is the likely hood of tiny bubbles. These bubbles can easily be remedied with CA (cyanoacrylate) glue.
