Recommended Mix Ratios & Tips for Best Results

Use clear or very lightly tinted resin to let the violet glow shine. Mix powder into Part A first, then add Part B. Start conservative at roughly 1 g per 8 oz resin and increase for stronger color. Charge 5–15 minutes under sun, LED/UV, or phone flashlight for maximum brightness.

Important: casting pigment only – NOT for stabilizing resin/wood.

A. After a good charge (direct sun, UV flashlight, or strong LED for 5–15 minutes), the brightest glow on a finished pen blank is usually in the first 30–60 minutes. It then softens gradually — great for show tables and shop demos, not multi-hour competitor-style hype.

Q. Will the powder sink in epoxy/resin?

A. Thanks to the ultra-fine particle size, it suspends very well with minimal stirring or thickener.Epoxy Resin users rarely see sinking due to faster gel time.

Q. Is it Safe? Food Contact?

A. Non-toxic and skin-safe once cured in resin, but like all pigments -- not food-grade or edible. Great for pens, handles, and decorative items.

Q. does it work under UV/Blacklight too?

A. Yes! It fluoresces a beautiful aqua under 365nm UV for an instant party effect.

Q. How do I charge it fastest?

A. Direct sunlight or a UV flashlight/blacklight for 5-10 minutes gives the strongest charge.

Q. Will it work in a clear resin or does it need a white base?

A. It works beautifully in clear resin. A white or light base can make the glow slightly brighter, but its not required.
